What’s on Root Down’s airport vegan restaurant menu?
Root Down offers globally influenced seasonal cuisine that’s locally sourced with a field-to-fork ethos.
They do breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can get something healthy any time of day. They offer raw foods, burgers, sandwiches, bento boxes, soups, salads, sharing plates and desserts. Drinks include a selection of cocktails, coffee and tea, and fresh juices.
The restaurant not only has amazing vegan food, but the design is unforgettable. Sustainability is everywhere in Root Down’s decor. Where others see junk, they see beauty.
Elements like recycled hood ornaments, globes suspended from the ceiling and aluminum can lids give Root Down a genuinely unique look. The riot of colour is a lively and uplifting change from many a bland airport eatery.
