British Airways has refreshed their Elemis Travel Spas at Heathrow T3 and T5. The airline has partnered with Elemis at its travel spas for the last 12 years.
The Heathrow Airport ELEMIS Travel Spa has gone through an upgraded design with touches from renowned interior designer Kelly Hoppen MBE. Further, the airport spa has a new array of complimentary 15-minute services.

How to book a treatment ELEMIS Travel spas in Heathrow Terminal 5 and 3
The new-look spa and treatment menu is available for those flying in First and Club World, and Executive Club Gold Members flying long-haul at the airline’s luxurious ELEMIS Travel spas in Heathrow Terminal 5 and 3.
Appointments can be made on the day when you arrive in the lounge by asking the Spa reception desk for availability.
Customers traveling in First class cabins can also pre-book a treatment at the Elemis Spas in London Heathrow Terminal 5A South and Terminal 3 from 28 days before departure up until 48 hours before.

The two airport spas are located in the lounge areas of:
- London Heathrow Terminal 5 (5A South, 5B, and Arrivals lounges)
- London Heathrow Terminal 3
