Sweat out your jet lag and fatigue with Equinox
Sweatlag is the latest jet lag remedy brought to you by Delta Airlines and Equinox Fitness Clubs. The limited-time classes are available from July 10 until August 2, 2018.
Classes take place at Equinox locations in Marina del Rey, West Hollywood, and Westwood in California. Or you can watch workout videos online from your hotel room, home, or anywhere. They’re free and open to anyone who has recently made a trip with Delta or any other airline.

Westwood: July 10 – July 31, 2018. Every Tuesday from 4:30 – 5:15 pm.
Marina Del Rey: July 11 – August 1st, 2018. Every Wednesday from 4:30 – 5:15 pm.

Free Yoga and fitness at Denver Airport
Get your zen on or get energized again with a wide variety of summer events taking place at Denver Airport’s pop-up park, including a health-focused series called Wellness Wednesday. This series includes things like yoga, dance classes, fitness, and aerobics classes.

Yoga and meditation in Paris
A summer airport yoga program at both Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly airports will be transforming weary travelers through exercise for the mind and body in July and August. The program is happening every Friday and Saturday from July 13 to August 18, 2018. These self-guided sessions have Yoga Nidra animations with the relaxing sound of Tibetan bowls to follow along to at your own pace.
Here are the locations and hours of the self-guided yoga sessions in Paris:
Paris Charles de Gaulle:
- Terminal 2A and 2C : Boarding area, 8:30am to 4:00pm
- Terminal 3 : Schengen & International boarding areas, 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Terminal 2E Hall K: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Terminal 2E Hall M: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Paris Orly:
- Terminal West: Gate 40, 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Terminal South: Hall A and East Pier, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Inline skating and biking at Zurich Airport
You can rent inline skates and bikes (including helmets and protective gear) for men, women, and children at Zurich Airport. For bikes, it costs around $27 for a half-day or $35 for a full day. For inline skates, it costs around $15 for a half-day and $20 for a full day. Happy exploring!
