We all know how stressful travel can be. Especially when it involves busy security lines, heavy bags, and long-haul flights.
After all that, in-flight wellness isn’t easy to come by. Over many years of traveling I’ve learned one really important thing: no matter how much you plan (and pay), traveling is simply unpredictable.
I’m constantly looking for ways to reduce some of the uncertainty and ensure my next flight is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
Here are some of the awesome products I’ve found. These wellness must-haves are easy to pack and easy to love on your next trip.

1. Escents Stress Relief set
It’s amazing what a few small products can do to alleviate stress when you’re traveling. Escents’ stress relief set contains an inhaler, roll-on, mini bath bombs, and soap.
The fragrances of Neroli and Bergamot together are delightful and unique. I’ve been using these smells before and after some meditation sessions, and I find it much easier to get into that stress-free headspace when I use them. I
especially love the inhaler which is perfectly tiny for travel but packs a strong fragrance punch that gets to work de-stressing immediately.
2. Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies
These little gummies are so addictive it’s hard to have just two a day! They contain a small nutritional boost of biotin which is good for healthy hair, and they also contain Vitamins C and E.
It’s not always easy to maintain healthy balanced meals, and this can have adverse effects like dry, brittle, thinning hair, weak nails, and problematic skin. Nutritional supplements can be a great way to get the things you may be missing in your diet when you travel frequently.
3. Epic Blend lotion and lip scrub
One of my biggest complaints when it comes to in-flight wellness is that dry cabin air wreaks havoc on my skin. Epic Blend’s citrus and mint moisturizer have a zesty, refreshing smell that quenches perfectly without being too pasty or oily. The mojito lip scrub cures the problem of dry lips while also making you feel like you’re on the beach, drink in hand, already. Perfect.
4. Tangle Teezer Compact Styler
I don’t know about you but trying to get some sleep on planes always results in a tumbleweed of tangled hair on arrival for me. Tangle Teezer’s hairbrushes are well known for their genius design that detangles quickly without damaging the hair and making you wince.
But the thing I love about their compact brush for travel is the click-on case, so you don’t get hair all over everything else in your purse!
5. Yourlixir Matcha packets
Yourlixir does this super convenient bag of individual servings of matcha powder that you can add to your smoothies, protein shakes, lattes, yogurts, and cereal bowls — or whatever you like!
It’s 100% pure, ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha (green tea powder) so it’s packed with antioxidants. I love this kind of thing for traveling because you don’t have to scoop and measure out spoonfuls of messy powder, it’s already portioned, slips easily into a purse, and you can add it to your (usually sub-par) in-flight cup of tea for an extra boost.
6. Bodyworks Ball
I have a bad habit of getting tense and tying my muscles in knots when I travel. It’s partly due to heavy luggage, partly due to stress, and partly due to uncomfortable seats I’m sitting in for hours!
The Bodyworks Ball is perfect for easing tight, sore muscles in places that are awkward or impossible to reach, and the useful handle and string make sure your exercise ball doesn’t drop and roll mid-flight. It’s pretty compact and comes with a drawstring carrying bag.
7. Panty Fresh 4 in 1 box
This is one of the most useful travel products I’ve come across. The tiny packable box contains 1 pair of comfortable no-show underwear, 1 panty liner, 1 feminine wipe, and a wash-me bag.
Finally, a convenient all-in-one way to freshen up your nether regions while traveling. And this is no crappy disposable underwear either. It’s so smooth, comfortable and sexy it’s nicer than most of my regular underwear!
8. Niu Body Skincare
I have very problematic skin. It’s either too dry or too oily, and prone to breakouts. It gets even worse on the plane.
Niu body is a Canadian skincare company that uses only 100% natural, vegan and raw ingredients in their skincare products. I’ve been using their Ylang Ylang & Rose cleansing oil for combo skin, Calm lavender toning mist and Boost facial serum for a few days now. I can honestly say my skin hasn’t looked or felt this good in years.
I was hesitant to try oil-based products when I have oily skin. But the formulas are light and well-balanced. They’ve soothed redness and smoothed unevenness, leaving a healthy glow without clogging pores. The facial serum is ideal for bone-dry air cabins, and the natural, raw ingredients will calm angry travel-fatigued skin.
