1. Be Relax Spa

Need a quick pick-me-up at the airport? Try a chair massage while adding oxygen aromatherapy! However, this is just one of the treatments you can enjoy at Be Relax spa. If you have some more time, the Anti Jet Lag Facial promises bliss. Another reason to love their facials—they use Dermalogica products! They can run from 20 minutes to an hour-long. Furthermore, full-body massages are also available.

Location: Terminal 5, after security. Catch the transit to B Gate, then look at directions and follow B35, which will lead you to the spa.

2. The Travel Spa located in the No1 Lounge

They offer pre-flight treatments ranging from massages, a selection of six facials, and waxing services. Also, they use Dermalogica and Aromatherapy Associates products! And they offer express OPI manicures and pedicures, too.

Moreover, guests that have a spa treatment lasting 25 minutes or more can use their shower facilities, which include towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. Also, you can use the showers for a freshen up for £15 without additional treatments.

3. Relax in the Lounges

The sleek interiors of Heathrow’s lounges offer travelers a tranquil haven to unwind in. Here you will find space with first-class services and facilities.

In the Plaza Premium Lounges, you’ll find private relaxation rooms, a Wellness Spa, and luxurious shower rooms. The Wellness Spa is available in 2 of the lounge’s 6 locations. One is in Terminal 2 Arrivals, and the other is in Terminal 2 Departures.

4. Elemis Travel Spa

Elemis works with British Airways to deliver a unique concept in Travel Spa and Skin-Therapies. Some services are complementary to passengers flying First Class or Club World and Gold Executive Club members flying long haul.

In addition to treatment rooms, the Elemis Spa also features shower suites. There are four virtually identical Elemis Spa locations in London Heathrow.

5. Virgin Airlines Clubhouse Spa

Besides our favorite blowouts, Virgin Airlines Clubhouse Spa offers a variety of treatments for both men and women. A must try the A-Lift Anti-Aging Facial. The 15 or 30-minute non-invasive treatment uses nano-current technology to lift, tone, and promote lymphatic drainage. The results are firmer, healthier, rejuvenated skin with a fresh and visibly improved complexion.

6. Espa Spa

This spa is located at the Sofitel London Heathrow. It has an award-winning spa with over 25 treatments to choose from. Furthermore, Espa Spa has a vitality pool, sauna, relaxation room, and steam room you can access as part of any spa treatment you book. The cost is 25GBP to use the facilities without spa treatment. Location: Connected to Heathrow Terminal 5 via a walkway to other terminals via free inter-terminal transfers.

7. Bliss™ Spa at Aspire Lounges

All treatments are an additional cost of a lounge visit. Guests able to choose from a vast range of 20-40 minute treatments such as pedicures, manicures, massages, and more. You can view the treatment menu here.
